So THAT's why Ground Zero is still a big hole in the ground

There are 19 (1 for each 9/11 hijacker?) government agencies in charge of the project. Yet even after $20 billion in PUBLIC funding and hundreds of workers working round the clock, Ground Zero looks more like a giant garbage pit than a building.

On the other hand, Tower 7, rebuilt by a PRIVATE company, is fully operational and generating millions of dollars in badly needed tax revenues. Tower 7 isn’t as big as the Twin Towers were, you say? Think about this, the Empire State Building began construction in the 1930’s in the middle of the Great Depression, and only took a little over a year to complete – from ground breaking to ribbon cutting. And you still want the Government to be in charge of your health care?
