MINNESOTASTAN chapter of Terrorist Front Group CAIR is asking the Sherburne County sheriff’s office to allow Muslim convicts like Amina Farah Ali to wear their headbags when out in prison public areas.
It’s not the first time Ali has made waves for officials. During her court hearing, she was jailed after she refused to stand for a judge, saying it was against her religion to do so. Ali was convicted last week of conspiring to funnel money to terrorists with al-Shabaab in Somalia. Now, she is refusing to come out of her jail cell in protest of a ban on headbags at the Sherburne County Jail. Ali says her religion, Islam, requires her to wear a headbag in public. (Good, let her rot in her cell) CAIR-MN Civil Rights Director Taneeza Islam wrote In a letter sent to Sherburne County officials today. “Asking her to remove her headscarf is asking her to be naked in front of others. (Now that WOULD constitute torture of the other prisoners)
