As counterterrorism officials investigate the latest averted terror attack where a Muslim from Morocco wearing what turned out to be a fake suicide bomb vest (provided by the FBI), was planning to kill a lot of innocent people at the Capitol Bldg in Washington DC, records show there have been at least 45 jihadist terrorist-attack plots against Americans since 9/11—thwarted by intelligence work, policing, and citizen involvement. Yet all the media wants to focus on are Muslims whining about too much police surveillance of the Muslim community.

This list is missing the most recent attempt, reported yesterday. Amine El Khalifi, a 29 year old Morrocan was caught in an FBI sting attempting to bomb the Capitol building via suicide vest – bringing the total to 46.
