Think again before buying your next flat-screen television or computing device from Best Buy. Not only do they recognize a Muslim holiday while ignoring Christmas, now the ailing retail giant has become a sponsor of Hamas-linked Islamist Group, CAIR, and refuses to rule out future funding to Islamic radicals.
Islamist-Watch The struggling retail giant recently used profits from American consumers to fund the annual banquet of a group closely linked to Hamas. The Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) recently listed Best Buy as a “Platinum Sponsor.” Best Buy has refused to rule out future support for CAIR through numerous messages to its public relations department. The big box retailer is already in chaos amid the recent resignation of its CEO for personal misconduct, dwindling sales and bond downgrades.
The United States government named CAIR an “unindicted co-conspirator” to fund the terrorist group Hamas in America’s most significant terror financing trial. The U.S. also identified CAIR as an agent of the Muslim Brotherhood, sharing the common goal of dismantling American institutions and turning the U.S. into a Sharia-compliant, Islamic state through incremental, stealth jihad.
Utterly outrageous, yes. But outrage is not enough. Action is required. The Goal is a commitment from Best Buy to never again use profits from American consumers to finance Islamic radicals.

Best Buy already announced they are CLOSING 50 stores this year due to bad business decisions exasperated by the bad economy.
Chosing to align with CAIR is yet another very obvious and very bad business decision that will come back to haunt them, if not totally destroy them.
My family were regular purchasers of electronics and appliances at Best Buy for nearly a decade. Because of this alliance with CAIR, Best Buy lost a fifteen hundred dollar sale from me this week when I replaced the last surviving GE kitchen appliance by shopping elsewhere.
My home is now – finally – completely purged of ALL GE products as well.

If you do your homework, you will find that this contribution was made by some Best Buy employees who are members of an interfaith group made this donation out of their own pocket. The company itself is in no way supporting this event.
Also if you do your homework, you will find that while it’s true the company did include “Happy Eid el Adha” in it’s advertising they also said “Merry Christmas” and “Happy Hanukkah” when the time was appropriate.
It’s fine to believe whatever you believe….that’s the beauty of this country, but it’s not fine to blindly believe someone who clearly has NOT done their homework and who clearly will state anything to support their agenda.
Ron, we can do a lot. We got ‘All American Muslim’ kicked off the air by telling their advertisers not to run ads there and most of them pulled out. We helped Lowe’s have its best Christmas season ever even though CAIR called for a nationwide boycott of the stores after they went public about why they pulled their advertising off All American Muslim. Office Depot has a good selection of laptops, tablets, printers, and other computer and networking equipment. Be sure to keep an eye on their ads in the newspaper or online for sales on computer equipment.
As for other appliances, IMO Sears is the way to go. They have a better selection than Best Buy, they have helpful staff, and their stuff is pretty rugged.
If you want movies and games, get ‘em online or at a game store. I personally consider most movies to be a form of lefty/eco-freak/pro-jihadi and generally stupid indoctrination, and the few movies I watch are on Turner Classic Movies (which comes with our cable subscription). And I’m not a gamer.
