Enraged that they can’t get their mosques built fast enough and big enough in America, the litigation jihadists at CAIR (Council on Anti-American Islamic Relations) and their allies in the Obama Regime will try to prove that ‘prejudice’ rather than genuine zoning issue concerns are behind the growing number of mosque denials across the country.
It isn’t prejudice against Muslims, it is justifiable hatred for Islam and the terrorist training centers that many mosques are fronts for.
The Hour (H/T Sharona) While Norwalk, CT’s recent rejection of a proposed mosque on Fillow Street is not among them, the DOJ’s investigations elsewhere are real. Of the 28 cases, 11 have resulted in full investigations and four remain open.
“Of the 11 investigations opened since 2000, two resulted in the filing of DOJ lawsuits that were resolved by consent decrees, three resulted in the local government voluntarily permitting the mosque, one led to a settlement of a privately filed lawsuit, four are currently pending, and in one case we determined that further action by the department was not warranted,” said the official, speaking on the condition of anonymity.
The department is now reviewing a case in West Haven to determine if an investigation is warranted, the official said.
There is no evidence to suggest the department is investigating the recent decision by the Norwalk Zoning Commission to reject Al-Madany Islamic Center of Norwalk’s plan for a mosque/multi-purpose hall at 127 Fillow St.
The commission voted 4-3 last Wednesday night to deny the special permit needed to construct the 27,000-square-foot structure in a residential zone.
Mayor Richard A. Moccia on Thursday said the decision was well-thought out and had nothing to do with religion. ”It had to do with density, size and traffic,” Moccia said. (And even if it doesn’t, we will continue to make the case that it does to keep out the Muslim infiltrators)

We still have green cards, but they are a joke. We are now paying the price. Open borders and crime are on the rampage. This is why the police in the eighties beefed up all tactical gear and the forces of SWAT and fast strike outfits to prepare for what was coming. Then NAFTA.
So, Don is right in his assessment of the American plight, to a point. We do have more time, in no small part for this web site. It reaches 40 to 60 thousand a day. As a former US Marine and Army Soldier, I must relay to you that the members of the US armed forces are not, in any way, political. Our loyalty is the Constitution of the US our Bill of Rights and our citizens.
General McChrystal was retired because a junior officer on his staff revealed his political opinion of the Commander in Chief. General McChrystal made no attempt of a reprimand.
Nobody in the military is interested in a Coup d’etat. Any such move would be treasonous and would immediately subject an officer planning such a thing to arrest by his own people that he commands – relieving him of duty.
To plan the military overthrow of the government is an exception to the First Amendment that is punishable by law.
Many of us have read the Qur’an and understand tafsir. We are also familiar with Islam’s history of conquest and the societal roles that Muhammad played, on a divine mandate, in fact, making Islam a complete societal system (cultural, religious, legal, economic, militarily, political, etc.) of failed states from West Africa to the Philippines.
The very societal essence of Islam (aside from religion) is, in my opinion, seditious. However, the world doesn’t revolve around my opinion and a court ruling will have to be made on the subject.

Now…..forgive the nature of what follows but the depth of your naivete, as reflected in a childlike interpretation of a soldiers loyalty and the stating of the obvious, inspires little more than derisive ridicule.
Soldiers are highly political, to state otherwise is ridiculous. We are not now that which centuries ago, marched line abreast, unquestioningly loyal, into volleys of musket fire. Rather, the soldiers of today are educated men and women who are acutely interested in the affairs of the nation. This is particularly true of America now.
I am aware of the nature and definition of a Coup D’Etat….I am also aware of the penalties of attempting to remove a president by force…..I am also aware, owing to the educated and enlightened state of the modern soldier, of the opinions held by many in the light of many of Obama’s policies.
Let us reread the Oath Of Enlistment of American soldiers….
“I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Would not a domestic enemy strip all references from law enforcement and military training manuals of the very enemy who seeks the utter annihilation of the United States of America?
