CAIR, the Council for Anti-American Islamic Relations, is calling on the FBI to investigate a fire that destroyed a mosque-owned structure in Dearborn as a bias-motivated crime. (Apparently graffiti on the side of the structure that says “UNKNOWN” is a dead giveaway that this must be an anti-Muslim crime)
Dearborn Patch The storage space, about the size of a garage, is located off of Pelham Street next to Edsel Ford High School. It sits next to what used to be the Dearborn Woods Presbyterian Church, but is now known as the Dearborn Woods Community Center.
According to notorious Jew-hater, CAIR-MI Director, Dawud Walid (hamas-linked-cairs-dawud-walid-jews-have-incurred-allahs-wrath-muhammad-was-correct-to-massacre-jews.html), the American Muslim Center on Outer Drive purchased the church and storage structure several years ago, and has since used the main building for funerals, weddings and other events.
On Tuesday just after 11 a.m., a fire broke out at the storage area. It was extinguished by the Dearborn Fire Department and did not spread to the main building.
However, CAIR-MI believes the fire was set intentionally, and that the arson was based on anti-Muslim bias. According to the statewide Muslim advocacy nonprofit, obscene graffiti and the word “Arabs” was discovered on the structure. Walid called on the FBI to investigate.
“If a bias motive is revealed in this case, the FBI should add its resources to those of local law enforcement authorities to help bring the perpetrators to justice,” said Walid, who informed local FBI officials of the incident.

CHERVIL, most of the vandalism they report is never very serious. Usually it’s just graffiti or a little firecracker mark on the outside of a building. When there is some vandalism at a mosque, it is either a broken window or two or a messed up office, never any damage to where they pray. That’s because most of this is done by Muslims themselves, looking for public sympathy, sometimes insurance. CAIR is always right there on the scene demanding an FBI investigation of a “hate crime.”
There was one big fire in Las Vegas where some kind of islamic center under construction was burned down. But after 6 months of investigation, the FBI came up with nothing.

I’ve been told that muslims say insurance is a form of gambleing and therefore is against their religion. They don’t want to buy it. Especially liability insurance on their cars. But I would venture to guess that you will never see a muslim refuse money from a nasty old insurance company.
