His name is Mosab Hassan Yousef and he gained notoriety and wealth a few years ago with the publication of his book, Son of Hamas, his father being a Hamas founder. It is the story of how he became a spy for the Israeli Special Forces against Hamas and how he then found Christ and moved to California. What most people didn’t know back then, was that Mosab is a double agent, and his heart is still with Islam.
You see, Mosab did not convert to what the West would recognize as Christianity, but to a fiery, Palestinian brand of the faith that is vehemently anti-Israel. According to Mosab, his main goal in coming to the U.S. is to infiltrate the main source of international support for Israel: the American church.
Mosab was first outed by renowned ex-Palestinian terrorist Walid Shoebat, who is a real Christian convert. Walid heard what Mosab had to say during interviews with the Arabic media, which was quite different than what he said to the American media. I posted Walid’s article last year, but by then the interest in Son of Hamas had waned and the truth about about Mosab never made it past a few blogs. Now that he has put himself back in the limelight for more financial gain, it is time to expose him again. Back in the public eye again, Mosab has just had a press conference for the new film he is producing about the prophet Mohammed. The media is already worrying about his safety, understanding what Muslims do with people who try to portray Mohammed. Unfortunately, they don’t know that he is still a double agent for Hamas.
The following video exposes many of Mosab’s statements to the Arabic press.
For example, he says, “Israel is responsible for ALL our miseries. Israel is the enemy. I didn’t work for Israel, Israel worked for my agenda.” He reveals that it is his goal to have a Palestinian victory over Israel by infiltrating the American church, where he believes most of Israel’s support is found. In Arabic, he says, “Allah has given us the responsibility for eradicating the Jews.” In English, he says, “I love Israel.”

From CBN: Yousef announced the project at a press conference in Jerusalem Tuesday. It was his first visit to Israel since he left in 2007.
“I think this is the time to expose the real nature of Islam,” Yousef told reporters.
“Islam is not a religion of peace,” he continued. “Islam is a religion of war and most Muslims don’t understand the true nature of Islam. This is the time and I would like to announce it today here from Jerusalem, next to the Temple Mount.”
In Yousef’s book, Son of Hamas, he explains how he worked with Israeli security to stop terror attacks against the Israelis.
Many Palestinians, including Yousef’s parents, view him as a traitor to Islam and worthy of death.
“I’m not to be addressed as his mother because he’s not my son,” Yousef’s mother, Rubha told Reuters. “He gave his loyalties to a religion other than Islam. We’re Muslims and he attacked our religion.”
But Yousef remains unapologetic about his Christian faith.
“Usually people are ashamed when they do something wrong. People love to live in the darkness … I live in the light. I didn’t do anything wrong by saving human life,” he said.
Pat Robertson is surely not hoodwinked by Yousef. Rather, it appears to me Shoebat is wrong.

I know this is coming a bit late, but I know Arabic fluently and I have followed several of his vidoes including the above. In 2012 in all his videos in churches he has not “infiltrated” them to turn them against Israel. If anything it is extremely pro Israel. Deception is all around us in all walks of life. How do we tell the truth talkers from the liar’s? We listen to what they say, if it seems reasonable, then watch what they do. If what they do is not what they say then trust no farther.

Im not sure I think he’s a double agent. Supposedly his movie is supposed to be very critical of islam, which he says he can get away with since he was a Muslim.. Let’s not throw him under the bus just yet.
John, I know Walid and trust him completely.
I trust Walid Shoebat as well, & it’s good he’s there to keep Arabic speakers on their toes, but I will reserve judgement until I see Mosab’s film. I may be wrong, but I do not think taqiyya would be so extreme that he would say those kinds of things about islam. I believe Mosab had the misfortune of receiving a Palestinian anti-Jewish education so that when he was working with Israel he made sure they captured people from his neighborhood instead of killing them. Just to be clear I’m not saying he wasn’t a double agent, I’m saying I don’t think I can write this guy off as evil. But of course I could be completely wrong & maybe this is taqiyya the likes of which we’ve never seen before.
Actually when I say taqiyya I suppose I just mean lying or deception since he may not be muslim but rather some kind of radical palestinian brand of christian.
BNI, I think one of the problems is the “Replacement Theology” too many Christians have fallen for. All a double agent has to do is follow the lead of the misguided, unlearned, anti Semitic preachers from Christian pulpits and the job is half done.
And yes, it is noticeable that Salman Rushdie can have a fatwa taken out on him for “The Satanic Verses,” but to date – and I could be wrong – I’ve heard of no fatwa or attempted assassinations against this man.

Oh how easy it is for people to criticize others who are trying to bring some light and hope into this dark world of fear and shame, while we sit in our comfortable lounge chairs. I ask you – who amongst you would like to trade lives with Mosab, for even 5 minutes? Who would risk their lives for others? Who amongst those who wish to criticize would have made the very difficult choices that he made, knowing that his family would disown him, his people would hate him and he would face endless threats? Would you? If he had been born into another family, say, in the U.S. he could have had a very comfortable and easy life. I admire his efforts and determination to bring hope to so many who live in fear and darkness. Who cares that he hasn’t associated with a particular ‘brand’ of Christianity. You see what our churches and religious institutions do to the very dear, peaceful messages of Jesus. I can’t blame him at all for not ‘picking’ a brand. Put yourself in his shoes and support him, instead of condemning him. Help him to bring light to this world. This world needs more souls like Mosab.
Let us not judge mosab yousef. He accepted the Lord Jesus as His saviour. We should pray for him that he will be filled with the Holy Spirit and everything will be okay in his christian life!!!!!!
