Actually, Arabians were bred for endurance in the sand and for endurance they are second to no other horse in the world. That is where our Thoroughbred horses get their stamina and a lot of their hot headedness. Thoroughbreds all have Arabian horse genes in their bloodlines.

As for the Arabians, my best friend has one, English bred, that you would simply adore. In the right hands, Arabians make very good mounts. They’re a very intelligent breed.
