POPULAR SCAM: Muslim woman does not wear a hijbab (headbag) at her job interview, but wears it on the first day of work. When she gets fired for it, CAIR Litigation Jihadists swoop in and file a lawsuit against the company for discrimination. Employers BEWARE!

  PHILLY Tahira B. El, a practicing Muslim, faced religious discrimination when she was fired by her employer, a security company providing guards to the Pennsylvania Convention Center, because she refused to remove a head scarf she wore for religious reasons, according to a federal lawsuit filed in Philadelphia on her behalf Wednesday by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

The suit said that El, of Philadelphia, was hired by ABM Security Services, of California, to work at the center on Feb. 21, 2011. She was fired the next day, the suit said, when she showed up in uniform, wearing the hijab, which covers her hair and ears, but not her face.

ABM said some clients require adherence to a strict uniform code. The company said in a statement that it was disappointed that EEOC filed the suit because El was given the opportunity to work elsewhere but declined.

  1. Two can play that game. Plant another employees wallet on her, have a couple of other employees do a citizen’s arrest. Have her jailed for theft and that gives you the excuse to concurrently fire her. Of course there was the great move by Vlad Tepesh, the Impaler; the real Prince Dracula of Transylvania. When some foreign dignitaries came to see him with towels or turbans on their heads, he told his people to order them to remove them. They explained to him that they can’t do that for religious reasons, so Vlad said, “In that case, let us make certain they won’t fall off. Nail them to their heads.” And they did.

  2. I think it should be plainly asked on the employment form if the employee intends to wear any special religious clothing. If the answer is yes, then the reaction should be obvious. The other way is to state that specific uniform dress code will apply and no other articles are allowed for safety reasons, i.e. loose garments may get caught on objects etc. This whole discrimination legislation B.S. is a can of worms.

I’m glad I no longer work in the security industry as I did some years ago!!….If I had to work with a baghead or an arselifter who insisted on going through the motions of prayer several times a day, I’d just have to either kick his ass or leave that company, preferably both, in that order!!

  5. i wonder if the security company has her initial interview on video, if they don’t they’re not a very good security company. She declined to work elsewhere? WHY? what was so important for to to work at the convention center? i can guess con the security company?

  6. To get around this problem, employers should have a box to be checked on the company questionnaire titled: Permission for Special Requirements or Additional Garments not part of Company Policy or Company Uniform.

  7. When are OUR courts going to recognize the entrapment used by these money seeking twats when they misrepresent themselves in an employment interview. It’s getting to the point that ALL businesses, large and small are going to have to start video recording all interviews and specifically ask the question, “Are you required by your religion to wear any special dress?” while explaining that head coverings are forbidden and wearing them will lead to dismissals. The hell with special transfers, time to pray, breaks, or anything that sets one group of employees off from everyone else.
    The employer has a job to be filled and it must be filled in a manner they direct. The employee is not allowed to tell them how they will dress or act or speak when filling the job. This is bullsh*t ! We have pious people that won’t handle pork or alchohol. We have Cabbies that wont haul service animals. Fire the jerks and give the job to someone who will do it within the guidelines set out by the employer.

    • When we start holding the judges accountable for their actions or in some cases inactions! If necessary charge them with treason and sedition and sabotage, time to use the court system for us.

    Itzik and Gilat Kolangi were on their first holiday since their daughter, Noya, was born four months ago. Itzik was born and raised in Petach Tikva, and his family members say he was full of the joy of life and always ready to help others out. Itzik was killed by the terrorist bomb.

    Itzik and Gilat had gone on holiday with another couple, their good friends Amir and Natali Menashe. Amir, too, was killed. Members of Amir’s family spoke with Natali, who said that the men were placing the bags in the luggage compartment when the bomb went off.

    Amir married Natali 18 months ago. Ten months ago, a son was born to them – Rom. “They had waited for this trip, to go with their good friends,” Amir’s brother said. “The last time I spoke with him was when he was at the Duty Free stores. Amir was a good fellow, he liked life and liked to party.”

    Kochava Shriki of Rishon LeTzion had become pregnant after years of fertility treatments and was expecting her first child at age 44. She wanted to take advantage of the holiday she went on with her husband, Yitzchak, for some rest. Five minutes before the flight, she spoke with her sister, Yael Morad, and told her she was pregnant. She said she and her husband were very happy.

  12. Well the name tends to be a dead giveaway most of the time that the applicant is a Muztard. If employers are unsure, err of the side of caution and dont hire the suspect Muztard. Better to be safe than have Uncle Dougies crew up your ass with litigious lawsuits.

    • Well said!!! Also, if the facial complexion is too sallow or dark, and/or the eyes are always HARD (this last clue is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!!), one should BEWARE!!!!

      A hard stare (glaring eyes) all of the time is a give-away in regards to what somebody REALLY has in mind: this has been a very HARD-LEARNED lesson for me I wish I’d known at least 10 years ago!!!! Trying to be decent and Christian-like with somebody who was committed to hurting me then didn’t do ANY good!!! This lesson may hurt me for life, alas!!…

      Otherwise, it truly seems to me that one ought to compile a list of Moslem names (for both men and women) so as to allow people and firms to screen out those who are – or could be – Moslems (or at least be on alert for a potential Moslem).

  13. Ofcourse, the following question is what everybody, except cair and the EEOC, will be asking: If she wears it for religious reasons, why didn’t she wear it to the interview? And everyone’s answer will be: It was a SETUP. That seems to be a good arguement in favor of ABM. What the bitch scum did was pure deceit for the purpose of getting something for nothing, the islamist MO. If that doesn’t fly with the EEOC (and with imam Obama) then ABM has to counter sue. Unless there’s some information being left out here, then ABM should have a clear and cut case. But, then again, I forget what it’s going up against.

    • Smoothlee, your argument is true and logical but unfortunately our court system is no longer interested in truth and logic.

      I have a professional background in engineering and construction so it was like a dagger thrust in my heart when a federal court enabled the ILLEGAL occupation of the mosque in Tennessee.

      The US DOJ had a leftist, activist, dhimmi judge in their back pocket who probably knows or cares nothing about public safety, building permits and inspections, and zoning requirements.

      I know the Tennessee Freedom Coalition and others battled this madness valiantly but they were no match for the Obama DOJ that has unlimited taxpayer dollars to force the Islamic sharia agenda down our throats.
