Apparently, Saudi Airlines has expanded its inflight meal service once again. Last week it was live insects that jumped out of a cheese pie a passenger was eating on a Saudi fight. Now, a passenger on a different flight realized he had shared his just-finished meal with a cockroach.
Emirates When he protested to the crew members, their reply was that “it is was normal to have insects in an aircraft.”
“I filed a complaint form and sent it to the Saudi management a week ago but I have not received a response. It seems that the presence of a cockroach in the flight is normal to them,” Ahmed Sabbagh told Ajel newspaper.
The paper said Ahmed had a night meal last week while he was travelling from the eastern town of Dammam to the Western Red Sea port of Jeddah aboard the flight by a Saudi airline.
