And what is this about a wedding? Mary was impregnated with Jesus by action of the Holy Spirit. He even said it himself. That God the Holy Spirit miraculously impregnated Mary. For some reason, Muslims seem to be obsessed with the notion that in order for Jesus to have been God’s Son, he would have had to been the product of an actual biological relationship with Mary. They don’t seem to understand that Christians do not take it in a strictly biological sense. Jesus is considered to be God’s Son because of his special relationship with God the Father and also that God in a sense “fathered” Jesus by the Holy Spirit.
And they also don’t understand that the term “Son of God” or “sons of God” is used throughout the Bible in a figurative sense for persons who have some sort of special connection with God. e.g. Genesis 6:2, Psalm 82:6, John 1:12
