A Right Wing group won the right from a Berlin court to display provocative caricatures of the Prophet Mohammad during planned demonstrations outside mosques this weekend.
Jakarta Globe The administrative court in the German capital ruled that the group, Pro Deutschland, could brandish copies of Danish cartoons of the Prophet Mohammad first published in 2005 which sparked violent protests around the globe. Islamic law prohibits depictions of the prophet.
The court said it “rejected the urgent complaint filed by three Islamic mosque congregations to prevent the ‘citizens’ movement Pro Deutschland from showing so-called Mohammad caricatures in front of their premises during demonstrations on Saturday.”
It said the cartoons were protected as “artistic freedom” and could not legally be considered as abuse of a religious group. “Simply showing the Mohammad cartoons does not qualify as a call to hatred or violence against a specific segment of the population,” the court said.
The police are bracing for clashes at the Berlin demonstrations after violence during similar protests by the extreme right against the Islamic Salafist community earlier this year in the western state of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Awesome!! Glad to see that Europe is starting to refusing prostrating itself before Islam. No if we could just get some history books that actually are honest about the history of Islam that would be nice too.
This is good news but I am afraid as their population explodes in Europe and America this could change but not without a fight. No matter where Islam goes destruction is bound to follow and history can back this up.

Well done for Germany. We all need to do this in every city and in every country at every opportunity. The more we do this, the more the muslims will realize that they can not stop freedom of speech and freedom to express the truth.
I am starting to notice that there is a reversal of past court decisions taking place concerning freedom of speech…..people are fed up with beliefs being rammed down their throats.

The Germans are taking the lead from the Greeks. They are the first line of defence into Europe. They understand Muslims better than most. We should all be bailing them out with pleasure. Greek Police have arrested hundreds of illegals in Greece in the past month and is sending them home. Next please.

Time to mount a campaign soliciting depictions of both mO and aLLAH… The best efforts should be printable and allow printing and posting where the asslifters congregate in every city worldwide. Possibly they could be framed by photos of burning kORANS as well..
