NJ Gov. Chris ‘dhimmi’ Christie makes taxpayers shell out over $1 million for extra security JUST for mosques

Terror-linked CAIR (Council on Anti-American Islamic Relations) in New Jersey is informing the Muslim community about a security and preparedness grant from the NJ Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness (OHSP) applicable ONLY to Mosques and Islamic Centers.

MCJ  The grant is called the Non-UASI Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP) and allows for over one million dollars in grant funding to be distributed in 14 counties: Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, Salem, Somerset, Sussex and Warren.

The purpose of the grant is to be used as target hardening activities, such as the purchase and installation of physical security equipment. The grant is being offered to registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations determined to be at high risk of terrorist attacks within the 14 counties.

Specific details are outlined on the OHSP grant website http://www.njhomelandsecurity.gov/grants/2013.html

The Blaze According to Chris Christie’s Muslim BFF, Mohammad Qatanani, Imam of one of the largest mosques in New Jersey, free speech that is critical of Islam poses a national security threat and “should be investigated by the Department of Homeland Security.”

“We, as Americans, have to put limits and borders [on] freedom of speech,” he told The Blaze. “He explained that while Americans may ‘have the freedom’ to speak their mind, ultimately, they ‘have no right to [talk about Muslim] holy issues’ as it will incite ‘hatred or war among people.’”

Qatanani was “nearly deported in 2008 for failing to disclose his former ties to the terrorist organization Hamas on a 1996 Green Card application.” (Christie vouched for him and he was allowed to stay)

The religious leader also said that speech that denigrates Islam puts Americans at risk both in the United States and abroad. The solution, therefore, is to scrap the First Amendment and replace it with sharia law “for the ultimate ‘good’ of society.”

The cleric is advocating for the U.S. to operate by sharia law – the religious law of Islam – when it comes to freedom of speech as it relates to Islam. If so, it would seem to echo comments in a previous report outlining Islamists’ “10-year plan” to make slandering Islam unlawful on an international level.
