Thousands of Islamists from Bangladesh’s largest religious party clashed with police, hurling dozens of petrol bombs to protest trials of their leaders in at least 4 major cities.In Dhaka, more than 3,000 protesters from the radical Jamaat-e-Islami party attacked police with bombs and bricks, turning the city’s commercial district into a battlefield.
