SYRIA: Al-Alam reports Obama Regime plan to train and arm Al Qaeda-linked insurgent groups

Unhappy that the Syrian Army has been successfully pushing back foreign insurgent groups, Barack Hussein Obama will use American tax dollars without the approval of Congress to train and arm the enemies of Bashar Assad who are also the enemies of America.

US plans to boost support for Syrian insurgents

Al-Alam The US government is finalizing a plan to expand training and small-arms shipments for foreign-backed militants in Syria, two US security sources say. The United States plans to boost assistance and weapon shipments to insurgent factions mostly based in Jordan, along Syria’s southern border, the officials familiar with the plan told Reuters on Friday.

Details of how much aid will flow to the screened insurgent groups are the subject of continuing discussions. It’s also unclear, for instance, how much of the military aid would be covert or whether there would be a US military or special forces role.
