Will Muslim Brotherhood front group CAIR be demanding that the new movie, “HONOUR” about Muslim honor killings be scrapped?
As you may recall, CAIR is waging a hate campaign against Ayaan Hirsi Ali and the documentary ‘Honor Diaries,” trying to get it banned from all college campuses because they claim it is “Islamophobic.”
Let’s see how far they get with this one. ‘Honour’ centers on a young MUSLIM woman who is targeted by her family for an “honour killing” and the bounty hunter who takes the job. A British Muslim, Shan Khan, is writer-director.
Aiysha Hart stars as Mona, a young woman of Pakistani background living in London with her widowed mother and two brothers. Outside the home, Mona is a modern British citizen with an unmarried boyfriend. But in family settings, she falls under the strict control of her devoutly religious mother and older brother Kasim. Mona’s deeply conservative, patriarchal family fiercely disapprove of her dating Tanvir, who is also a Muslim but of Punjabi lineage. By their twisted logic, she is bringing shame and dishonor on their Pashtun heritage, and thus signing her own death warrant.
