Thank you Bonni. That second picture gets to me, in light of the 3 red serge that were killed in Moncton. I have seen the Musical ride show in my hometown. A must-see but hard to find after their travel was cut back due to illness a few years back (Only one show in the USA, Topsfield MA). They now seem to have a full schedule now but I don’t know if it’s the same frequency as before. Stay Moncton strong.

FMB, I saw them in Madison Square Garden at a horse show many years ago. They were awesome.

Happy Canada Day, from a Canuck in Ireland!
Just got this great news!!!!
July 1, 2014 @ 9:58 am
Many Canadians support the enemies of America and hate the United States and her people. They’re not much different than Democrats.
July 1, 2014 @ 4:30 pm
And you’re full of it Jack. Many (you back that up how your definition of many?) doesn’t mean all, far from it, this applies everywhere and don’t you have an of those in the US ? Meaning supporting enemies of the US and hating the US, though they may have US citizenship?
So by your twisted logic, shouldn’t that mean that Canadians (and others) should talk the same language you do about your turf ? And how would you like that and react to that ?
July 1, 2014 @ 3:42 am
Happy Canada Day indeed fellow Canadian Patriots !
July 1, 2014 @ 1:40 am
Happy 147th birthday to Canada. God bless Canada. Canada has taken a stand in supporting Israel and that is a great and wise thing to do. Much appreciations to PM Harper and Minister of defence/ foreign affairs, Baird. God bless Israel.

Learning something every day. Thanks, Bonni, from just another Canadian.

In the meantime, I wish a speedy revenge for three families in Israel.

And a Happy 4th wished again, as tomorrow is the 4th!
July 3, 2014 @ 10:52 pm
Thanks Marlene. I wonder if the muzz are planning to bomb anything for the 4th?
July 4, 2014 @ 7:37 am
You’re vry welcome!!
I wouldn’t be a bit surprised. Here, despite this being Canada, well..muzz are rabidly hateful of USA right? So there’s all manner of local security ops happening today, ever since the ‘crapiphate’ was declared, the ‘canadian taliban’ have become a REAL threat. I have friends who are very vocal anti-islam like you in Edmonton, so I’m kind of worrid about that, as Edmonton IS a governmental seat and such.
I HOPE that this 4th is peaceful in USA, I have you and many other friends there, and good, but I am a Realist and this is the world…
June 30, 2014 @ 9:52 pm
Yes, we Canadians are an awesome bunch … like our American cousins … and our cousins in BNI all over the world. Happy Canada Day, Never a Caliphate Day, to all of us forever!!
June 30, 2014 @ 9:48 pm
Thank you from Canada!! Happy Canada Day everyone!
June 30, 2014 @ 9:44 pm
Thank you very much to Ms. BNI and everybody else – some of us old fogies prefer the pre-Trudeau term Dominion Day, as that’s the day when Ontario, Québec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia came together to form the Dominion of Canada. [Manitoba came on-stream in 1870, British Columbia in 1871, Prince Edward Island in 1873; thence Alberta and Saskatchewan in 1905. Newfoundland rounded out matters in 1949.]
Either way, thanks again: we here appreciate it.
June 30, 2014 @ 10:41 pm
ADHD, if it was still Dominion Day, we’d have to explain what it was. This way, it’s apparent.
June 30, 2014 @ 11:05 pm
The Fathers of Confederation called it Dominion Day. The Canadian constitution still refers to “one Dominion under the name of Canada.” The country’s official title is still legally ‘Dominion’ from the Psalm ‘He shall have Dominion from sea to sea’, referring to the coming messiah of Israel.

My family can be traced back to Plymouth Rock, my grandfather was an American, spent his last days with the 82nd Airborne during WW2……so, we have a lot in common.
Happy Canada Day!!!!
June 30, 2014 @ 9:33 pm
Here’s is looking at you Neighbor ! drill baby drill and keep the faith
June 30, 2014 @ 9:14 pm
We always smile for our Neighbors to the North here in Buffalo NY. Happy Canada Day, eh!
The US/Canada friendship festival starts tomorrow here in Buffalo and Fort Erie, ON Canada.
Canada Day, BTW, is the holiday which celebrates the signing of the Articles of Confederation by Queen Victoria on July 1, 1867. The old name of the holiday was Dominion Day because under the Articles, Canada became a British Dominion, which means that it became self governing with nominal allegiance to the Crown.
Since then, Canada has moved away from its British origins and changed the name to Canada Day.
