CANADA: Mall shooter in Alberta whose identity was unreported until now, appears to be a MUSLIM, armed and dangerous

RCMP are searching for a man wanted on an Alberta-wide warrant in connection to a shooting at a Grande Prairie mall September 15th. 23 year-old Liban Musse (below), is wanted on six weapon-related charges, including discharge of a firearm with intent.

Global News said a single shot was fired after a fight broke out between two groups of people at the Prairie Mall. They said one man was shot and flown to hospital in Edmonton with serious but non-life-threatening injuries and that the same bullet also grazed a couple who were walking by with their young children. After extensive patrols of the area, the other members of the group were found.

Musse is still at large and now wanted on an Alberta-wide arrest warrant for six different charges: reckless discharge of a firearm, discharging a firearm with intent, possessing a weapon dangerous to the public, carrying a concealed weapon, unauthorized possession of a firearm and possession of a restricted firearm with ammunition.

The suspect is black (and Somali Muslim-looking), 5-foot-9, 143 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. Musse is considered to be armed and dangerous, and police advice the public not to approach him. .  If you see Musse, you are asked to call your local police department or call RCMP.
