When will MARVEL Comics admit that bringing Islam into their business was a stupid and costly mistake?

One would think Marvel would have learned a lesson about using Muslims following the steep decline in sales resulting from the sudden proliferation of Muslim superheroes in their comics. Now, they’ve had to fire an Indonesian Muslim freelance artist, Ardian Syaf, who inserted coded anti-Christian and anti-Jewish messages into the first issue of the Marvel comic, X-Men Gold.

The Rebel  In a career-killing move, Syaf decided to unilaterally sneak political messages into the artwork of X-Men Gold #1 and got himself fired for it. In the aftermath, Marvel Comics issued a statement noting it will no longer employ Syaf and that the offending images will be removed from future reprints of X-Men Gold.
