During the event’s question and answer segment, an attendee told West: “I personally believe that Obama is a Muslim. I believe he has a corrupt administration. And I believe that he is doing everything in his power to bring this country down.”
Media Matters West agreed that Obama is bringing down the country, and then moved on to the Muslim claim by stating: “Now the point about him being a Muslim or not, you know, I’m not going to get into that, but the president has an Eastern orientation, I’ll put it that way. You go back and you look at the speech he gave at the Turkish general assembly and also the speech he gave in Cairo, Egypt, in 2009. That defines his perspective. Anybody that allows Muslim Brotherhood affiliated individuals to be advisers in your, in his administration — I got a problem with that. Okay? And I will tell you, that’s an impeachable offense, folks.”
Former Republican Congressman Allen West (R-FL), who currently is a Fox News contributor, warned that Muslim groups were organizing to “destroy the United States by waging civilization jihad from within.”
A document discovered in 1991, turned out to be the blueprint, the campaign strategy, for the Muslim Brotherhood’s ultimate goal of destroying the American system of representative government and replacing it with sharia law.
West pointed to Muslim Brotherhood front groups in the U.S. like CAIR (Council on American–Islamic Relations), the Muslim American Society, and the Islamic Society of Northern America, who have formed some type of political (Muslim-only) party, a voting bloc as they call it, to institutionalize policies that favor them. Think about the 57-nation Muslim voting bloc at the UN and the trouble they cause.
And it goes by the name of Lt. Colonel Allen West.
Allen West was bestowed the 2013 Freedom Flame Award by the Center for Security Policy at the Union League Club in Manhattan. The Freedom Flame Award recognizes individuals who have exemplified the ideals of freedom, democracy, economic opportunity and international strength to which the Center for Security Policy is committed. The Award acknowledges the past contributions of its recipients while serving as a reminder that the goals for which they have worked so valiantly require the continuing, unflagging efforts of those who follow in their footsteps.
